Hi, could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?

I’m a Life Coach and entrepreneur with a deep passion for helping individuals transform their lives and reach their fullest potential. My background spans neuroscience, communication science, business management, and a degree in design with a specialization in art and advertising. I’m also an internationally awarded cabin crew member, which has given me invaluable experience in understanding human behavior, building strong relationships, and navigating personal and professional challenges. I'm now combining my knowledge and experiences to launch a business focused on therapy and personal development, helping people overcome struggles with self-esteem, confidence, addictions, abuse, relationships, and more. Ultimately, my mission is to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by empowering them to become the best version of themselves.

Let’s start by telling us about your business.

My business is centered on providing therapeutic support and coaching for individuals facing a variety of life challenges. Whether it's overcoming low self-esteem, navigating the aftermath of a divorce, addressing addictions, or rebuilding one's confidence, I offer tailored therapy to help people not only heal but thrive. I also work with couples who may be facing challenges in their relationships, including issues with communication, intimacy, and overall connection. Drawing on my background in neuroscience, communication science, and business management, my approach is rooted in faith, spirituality and empathy, offering a holistic pathway to personal growth and success. I believe everyone has the capacity to unlock their potential and achieve the life they dream of, and I’m here to guide them on that journey. And it all starts with a choice.

When did you consider yourself a success?

Success, to me, isn’t just about accomplishments; it’s about the impact I have on others’ lives. I consider myself successful when I can look back and see that I’ve made a positive, lasting difference—whether it's in the life of a client who’s overcome deep-rooted challenges, a business that’s grown sustainably, or a person who has found the confidence to live authentically. There’s no one moment that defines success for me, but rather the ongoing process of continuously helping others and growing alongside them. Overall, Success starts within oneself.

How did you become a content creator?

Becoming a content creator was a natural progression for me. Over the years, I realized that my passion for helping people and my background in communication and design provided me with unique insights into how people engage with information. I wanted to reach a broader audience and offer practical, insightful, and inspiring content that could be accessed by anyone, anywhere. By combining my expertise in neuroscience, communication, and life coaching, I will begin by creating content—whether articles, social media posts, or videos—that could inspire and guide people through their personal development journeys. It will  become a platform for me to extend my reach and influence, beyond one-on-one sessions, to make an even bigger impact.

How do you measure the content’s success?

The success of my content is measured by its ability to resonate with my audience and drive positive change. I pay close attention to feedback, engagement metrics such as comments and shares, and the impact my content has on people’s lives. Success isn't just about likes or views—it’s about meaningful conversations, personal breakthroughs, and messages from people who tell me they felt inspired or transformed by what they read or saw. Ultimately, success for me is defined by how well my content empowers people to take action towards improving their lives.

How do you react when content bombs?

When content doesn’t perform as expected, I see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Not every piece will resonate with every person, and that’s okay. I take a step back, assess why it may not have landed, and look for ways to improve. Was the messaging unclear? Was the timing off? Did I fail to address a specific pain point that my audience is facing? I believe in continuous improvement, so I use these moments as feedback to better understand my audience and refine my approach for future content.

Impact of social media in your life as a content creator?

Social media has been a double-edged sword. On one hand, it’s allowed me to expand my reach and connect with individuals from all walks of life. It’s given me a platform to share my expertise, raise awareness about important topics, and engage in meaningful conversations. On the other hand, it also requires careful attention to maintaining authenticity amidst an environment often dominated by comparison and perfection. I choose to use social media as a tool for empowerment and connection, always aiming to share valuable insights and positivity that can help others along their journeys.

What would be your advice for aspiring and emerging women entrepreneurs?

My advice for emerging women entrepreneurs would be to embrace your uniqueness and trust in your journey. The path to entrepreneurship can be challenging, but with resilience and a clear sense of purpose, you can overcome any obstacle. Stay true to your values, seek mentors who support your growth, and never underestimate the power of your voice. Surround yourself with a network of like-minded individuals who inspire you and uplift you, and always be open to learning from both your successes and failures. Above all, take time to celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, and remember that your success is not just about the destination but the journey.

What has been the biggest roadblock during your journey? What has been your biggest learning?

One of the biggest roadblocks I faced was navigating the transition from employee to entrepreneur. It’s a massive shift in mindset and requires not just expertise in your field but also a solid understanding of business management, marketing, and customer relationships. There were moments of doubt, especially in the early stages when things weren’t moving as quickly as I hoped. But my biggest learning has been that persistence and adaptability are key. Success doesn’t always come in a straight line, and the most valuable lessons often come from the setbacks. Trusting the process and remaining flexible is essential in overcoming challenges.

Finally, what do you think is the most important trait for a leader and why?

The most important trait for a leader is empathy. A great leader doesn’t just give orders—they listen, understand, and genuinely care about the well-being and growth of their team. Empathy allows a leader to connect with others, build trust, and create an environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work. It’s not about being perfect, but about being authentic and supportive in helping others thrive. In my view, leadership is about inspiring others to believe in themselves and providing them with the tools and support to succeed. Empathy is the foundation of that connection.

These responses aim to highlight both your expertise and the empowering, inspiring messages that can resonate with a broad audience, encouraging them to pursue their own success.
