Hi, could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?


I am a clinical psychologist, Actress, model, director, and writer. I enjoy helping individuals by

guiding them toward success within that individual. I am a caregiver for human beings mentally and

physically. I try to love everyone like “God” loves me.









How did you become a content creator?

My content expresses who I am as a person. I work hard in achieving the goals that I set for myself. Creating good content is easy if you have done the work. Therefore, I try to complete every challenge I am faced with.


How do you measure the content’s success?


I am my biggest cheerleader. If I am content with my progress, then that is how I measure my

success.





How do you react when content bombs?

I don’t because I am the one that I should be impressed with, so to me, there are no failures.


What impact of social media on your life as a content creator?

I believe it is very important to show good content because people like reading and seeing


one’s achievements and what they look like. So, providing good content does just that.






How did you get started in the fitness field?

I do work in the fitness field.






















Describe your current training program.

I don’t have a training program.


What type of exercises do you include in your routine to stay in shape?

I love biking, roller skating or rollerblading, walking, dancing, and yoga.


What 3 tips would you give to anyone wanting to achieve their best physique?

Eating healthy is very important. Daily exercise is needed for one’s mental and physical attitude. If an individual takes care of themselves then they would feel better

about themselves, but the key to success is to love yourself first.
