INTERVIEW WITH GABRIELA LUCIANNO

Hello, could you start by telling us a little about yourself?

My name is Gabriela and I´m brazilian. I come from a very humble family, I had to work from an early age to pay for my studies and be able to help my family. Since I was young I was enchanted by the fitness lifestyle and I always had the dream of traveling the world. My entire life story has made me be more persevering, strong and resilient. Nowadays I’m a fitness model, digital influencer, and mentor for women, using my own story as fuel and inspiration for others and helping women to recover their self-esteem and seek a healthier and happier life.

How you become a content creator?

I have always enjoyed photographing and sharing my experiences regarding fashion, healthy living and places, so as the media became more professional, I became more involved in this market.

How do you measure the content’s success?

Through the positive feedback I receive from my business partners regarding the work results I deliver to them,

How do you react when content bombs?

As I said before, life taught me to be resilient, so I always see it as an opportunity for growth and encouragement to be better.

What is the impact of social media on your life as a content creator?

Working with my image has transformed my life. It has its challenges in knowing how to deal with the demand for content and the balance between personal life, but in the end, these are things that I love.

How did you get started in the fitness field?

When I was a teenager I started going to the gym, but it wasn't my priority. After a while, I started enjoying it more and becoming more disciplined.

Describe your current training program.

I train 3x a week with my personal trainer because I believe it works much more. I try to eat well, and now I've started a new training and nutrition program.

What type of exercises do you include in your routine to stay in shape?

I like to vary between dynamic training and progressive overload.

What would you like to achieve in the long term in fitness/bodybuilding?

In the coming months, I want to acquire more muscle volume. I have some work that will require a slightly bigger shape. For now, I want to get back to my routine and recover from my vacation in Mykonos when I wasn't able to train much.
